Shhh! Don’t tell anyone…
Yes, there are many Virtual Assistants out there now. You probably either heard of them a few years ago or you are just finding out about the benefits of working with a VA now. The truth is that we all work differently…
We want to make your businesses succeed and we will only do the work that we are very effective at. VA’s have many varied backgrounds.
For example, I have come from a corporate management background, one of my team is from a legal background and my newest associate is an absolute social media whizz. I make sure that I select the right person to work with for your business so you as my client benefit the most from our expertise.
I do not see working with other VAs as a battle or competition. There are so many businesses out there who need support with administration, project management and social media to name but a few.
You want to work with an expert to enable you to leave your business in their capable and safe hands. The great thing is that we can all work together, share work and clients to make the best fit for you as the business owner or CEO. That is the great thing about working with professional VAs.
Don’t get me wrong, you can find people that will do the work at a very cheap rate, but the quality will most probably be lacking, or they accept work that they have no experience in doing and then you will pay again to have it re done. I hope you don’t have to find about that and that you have checked out the VA you want to work with properly.
The things you need to consider when choosing a Virtual Assistant are;
- Do they have the relevant experience you are looking for?
- Professional Approach – Is their LinkedIn profile and company website at a standard you would expect?
- Is their communication method by phone and email at the standard you display yourself?
- Do you feel comfortable working with this person – you will need to let them know how the business is doing so they can help you
- Many VAs secure clients through word of mouth referrals – have you heard of this VA from someone you trust and respect? If not, do they have testimonials on their website?
Whether you are a start-up, a growing business or international high-flying CEO, you should consider working with Virtual Assistants to perform needed tasks.
Virtual Assistants can save you time, money and hassle. The work can be scaled to meet your exact needs so you are not paying for any idle time.
VAs are all different, with many different backgrounds – they can provide key support to your business – and you can rely on their expertise in a vast amount of areas.
