As a mother of three with my middle son having ASD and ADHD I have learned firsthand that true support is not about adding more to someone’s plate. It is about standing beside them, creating clarity and carrying things forward so they can finally exhale.
Raising neurodivergent children in a multigenerational household has taught me to instinctively see what needs to happen, remove the noise and create systems that allow brilliance to flourish rather than be buried under operational chaos.
