Still ending your month by racing through unfinish Still ending your month by racing through unfinished to-dos and vague reflections?
It’s time to upgrade your monthly review into something far more strategic.
After two decades of helping creative founders move past their Operational Tipping Point®, I’ve learned that the real value of a month-end review isn’t in what you did—it’s in what you learn.
Here are the 5 questions I ask myself at the end of every month to create operational clarity, spot growth opportunities, and stay anchored in my zone of genius:
1️⃣ What systems actually worked this month?
Not what should have worked—what did. The friction-free tasks you forgot about? That’s structured freedom in action.
2️⃣ Where did I experience the most operational friction?
Friction doesn’t lie. It’s not just a stress signal—it’s a systems diagnosis tool.
3️⃣ Did I work in my zone of genius at least 60% of the time?
If the answer’s no, it’s time to realign. Energy is as important a metric as time.
4️⃣ What one process could I automate, delegate, or eliminate next month?
Just one. The right small change can free up hours.
5️⃣ What metrics actually moved the needle?
Not all data is useful. Identify your real KPIs and ignore the noise.
This isn’t about perfection—it’s about pattern recognition. These questions help me lead my business with intention instead of reaction.
👉 Which question are you adding to your monthly review?
I’d love to hear how you approach operational reflection—and what’s working for you.

The B.R.E.W. Method is a proven 4-part framework I use with visionary entrepreneurs to create focused, scalable momentum—without overwhelm.
Here’s how it works:
🔹 Boost Expansion – Amplify what’s already working through intentional service growth and partnerships.
🔹 Refine Processes – Streamline operations with automation, smarter systems, and agile workflows.
🔹 Expand & Scale – Reach new markets while protecting consistency and capacity.
🔹 Work Smarter – Reclaim time and refocus leadership energy on what truly matters.
When implemented effectively, this method helps clients 2–3x growth without the usual resource drain.
Is your business ready for real, sustainable growth?

🧠 The average leader makes over 35,000 decision 🧠 The average leader makes over 35,000 decisions daily. Each depletes the same cognitive resource.
This reality—decision fatigue—explains why even brilliant entrepreneurs struggle with consistent execution. Your mental capacity isn't unlimited, and operational chaos forces excessive decision-making at every level.
The solution isn't simply "making better decisions" but rather creating systems that eliminate unnecessary choices. The most effective operational frameworks I implement with clients reduce decision points by 40-60%, preserving cognitive resources for truly strategic thinking.
What unnecessary decisions could you eliminate from your daily operations?
